LEGAL NOTICE DRAFTING COMPETITION

Event Details Human conflicts are inevitable, and there may be many occasions when a person may contemplate taking legal action against another person/entity because of such conflicts. Before that, it is important to intimate the other person about initiating legal proceedings against them. Therefore, Legal Notices play an important role as they act as the core foundation of a legal process. It is believed that written words hold more value than oral words since written documents act as permanent records, and can be used as evidence at the time of a dispute. A legal notice is one such written document that entails the facts, cause of action, and the legal reasoning for making any claim. Thus, the ability to draft Legal Notices is more important than oratory skills. Law students (1st to 5th year) Professionals (0 to 4 years of experience) There is no restriction on the number of entries from any college or university Registration Fees For law students: 200/- For professionals: 300/- Mode The competition shall be conducted live on zoom Registration link: https://pages.razorpay.com/llscompetition
